Theopolis Vineyard sits just off Highway 128 in the Yorkville Highlands AVA of Mendocino County. The vineyard was planted in 2003, on gravelly soil providing excellent drainage, and is farmed organically without certification. The cooler climate of the Yorkville Highlands leads to slow ripening, resulting in this vineyard being the last pick of every harvest. The vineyard is owned by Theodora Lee, aka Theopatra.

Highlawn has made this wine every vintages since 2013.
