Rorick Vineyard sits at 2,000 feet elevation in the Sierra Foothills near the town of Murphys. A vein of limestone runs through the area, leading to many natural cavern and cave formations. The alpine climate of the area adds large day to night temperature changes. These two elements combine to preserve high natural acidity in the grapes.
The Albariño comes from a steep hillside block with a north-eastern exposure. The vines were planted in the late 1990s. The vineyard transitioned to organic farming after Matthew Rorick purchased the property in 2013.

Theopolis Vineyard sits just off Highway 128 in the Yorkville Highlands AVA of Mendocino County. The vineyard was planted in 2003, on gravelly soil providing excellent drainage, and is farmed organically without certification. The cooler climate of the Yorkville Highlands leads to slow ripening, resulting in this vineyard being the last pick of every harvest. The vineyard is owned by Theodora Lee, aka Theopatra.

Halcon Vineyard sits at 2,500 feet elevation in the Yorkville Highlands AVA of Mendocino County. Situated at the top of the eastern ridge line, one can see look down on Booneville and the Anderson Valley from the vineyard. The vineyard is above the fog line and experiences strong winds from the coast which moderate the temperatures. The soil is extremely thin and composed of shale, mica-schist, and quartz. The vines were planted in 2005. Due to the extreme climate, winds, and soils, this vineyard often has very low yields. The vineyard is owned and farmed by Paul and Jackie Gordon. Farming practices are non-certified organic.
